WX Holdings Ltd is a privately held investment company with a concentrated portfolio across two complementary fields. We acquire, develop and hold income-producing residential property, and we invest in and support technology companies from early stage through maturity.
Our approach favours ownership over trading. We commit capital with a long horizon, work closely with the management teams we back, and measure ourselves on the durability of what we build rather than the speed of the exit.

A residential portfolio concentrated in northern Israel: private houses, townhouses and semi-detached homes, together with boutique low-rise developments of no more than four storeys. Held for rental income, and developed selectively where a site allows it.

A pair of semi-detached homes in Kiryat Tivon, built in local stone across two storeys, with mature gardens under established pine. Held since 2004 and let on long residential tenancies, with a full refurbishment completed in 2021.
